During your first visit, we will conduct a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. A thorough evaluation where we look at the "big picture" of your health, rather than just a list of symptoms. We will explore the biological (your genetics and physical health), the psychological (your thoughts, emotions, and coping styles), and the social (your relationships and environment). By understanding how these three areas overlap, we can create a treatment plan that is truly tailored to your unique life. My goal is to ensure you feel heard and supported as we navigate this roadmap toward your wellness together.

Our supportive psychotherapy and psychoeducation services pair emotional support with practical knowledge. We provide a safe space to build coping skills while ensuring you and your family understand the "why" behind your mental health journey. Together, we move beyond just managing symptoms to building a steady foundation and the inner strength to thrive. You will be empowered to navigate life's turning tides.
Medication management is a collaborative and highly individualized process. We prioritize your safety by carefully considering your medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle before recommending any treatment. Whether we are discussing traditional prescriptions or over-the-counter supplements, every recommendation is backed by evidence-based research to ensure it aligns with your overall wellness goals. Our approach focuses on close monitoring and open communication, ensuring that your treatment remains effective, safe, and tailored to your evolving needs.
